Hi! I’m Paige, an emerging fashion designer with a love for sustainability, creativity, and innovation. My work explores how thoughtful design can be both expressive and responsible by balancing bold ideas with conscious choices.
This portfolio is a glimpse into how I see fashion: playful, purposeful, and always evolving.

Sunday Crafternoon
Sunday Crafternoon is a surface design project created during my internship at Hanna Andersson. I developed the concept from the ground up, using trend research to guide the concept and visual direction. The final package included four seamless repeat patterns and one placement graphic, all designed to align with Hanna’s playful, colorful, and kid-friendly aesthetic.

Rekindled
Rekindled is my love letter to sustainability, clever design, and the joy of turning “trash” into treasure. Built entirely from Cotopaxi’s deadstock fabric swatches, each look features a concealed, deployable reusable bag designed to appear seamlessly within the garment without sacrificing comfort, movement, or coverage. I was responsible for every phase of development: from initial concept and consumer research, to digital and physical prototyping, tech pack creation, and final garment construction. Rekindled received both the Best Sustainability Award and Outstanding Senior Collection Award, and proudly opened Boise Fashion Week 2025.

Cabinet of Curiosity
Cabinet of Curiosity is an eclectic high-fashion menswear line designed entirely in Adobe Illustrator. No fabric, no needles, just vibes (and a lot of anchor points). Inspired by the strange, the striking, and the unexpected, the collection explores bold silhouettes, rich textures, and unconventional details, all imagined through a fully digital workflow. This project pushed the boundaries of flat design, translating conceptual fashion into polished technical illustrations while embracing a maximalist, exploratory aesthetic.

Dextwearity
Dextwearity was an 8-week group project with Nike Swim, where we set out to design a swimsuit that that’s equal parts stylish, sustainable, and accessible for women with low dexterity in their hands. Guided by Nike’s Circular Design principles, we developed a suit that incorporated accessible closures, simplified dressing features, and thoughtful construction to support independent wear.

Upcycling
Upcycling has become one of my favorite creative outlets outside of school and work. It’s where I experiment, play, and let instinct lead the way, whether I’m reworking thrifted pieces, patching together old scraps, or turning something forgotten into something fresh. These projects are personal, imperfect, and often spontaneous, but they reflect my love for sustainability, hands-on making, and the joy of giving clothes a second (or third) life.

Spheric
Spheric was a class group project where we imagined what the daily commute might look like in the year 2050 and then designed clothes to match. Our challenge was to create functional, sustainable garments for future city-dwellers who need to move, adapt, and maybe dodge a flying car or two. We upcycled old tents for structure and weatherproofing and used laser-cut reflective vinyl for visibility. The final line blends utility, sustainability, and a little futuristic flair for the next generation of on-the-go humans.

Inner Child
Inner Child is a playful and imaginative omnichannel retail concept brought to life in Adobe InDesign. The omnichannel package includes a full store layout, branded social media content, promotional graphics, print flyers, and a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Gaudist Blouse
For this project, I designed a sustainable Mommy & Me garment by creating a women’s garment and taking it down into a girls’ size. Using Optitex, I digitally drafted the original pattern in a women's size and scaled it down to fit a child, preserving the overall design intent and proportion. The garments were then modeled and prototyped in 3D using Browzwear and VStitcher for realistic visualization. My sustainable focus? Avocados. I used avocado skins to naturally dye the garments, the pits to create custom buttons, and—because nothing goes to waste—the insides to make guacamole. This full-circle approach earned me a $200 Sustainability Award from Cotton in the Classroom.
About Paige
Hi! I’m Paige, born and raised in Southern California and now based in Portland. I studied Apparel, Textiles, and Design at the University of Idaho and graduated in the spring of 2025.
My career began as a surface design intern at Hanna Andersson, where I created playful prints and explored the world of kidswear. I have collaborated with Cotopaxi and Nike Swim on design projects that pushed me to think outside the box. I also have experience as an inventory buyer at a local clothing shop, gaining hands-on experience with retail, trend forecasting, and what makes clothes truly connect with people.
Outside of the studio, I’m probably rummaging through a thrift store, sewing something new, or hanging out with my cat, Hotdog—she’s got strong opinions about fabric choices.
